Animo 5100 comes in either a modular framework construction (skid) that can easily be tailored to your actual production line or as a pipe assembly which is directly integrated into the production line.

Zero effort, real-time process monitoring: mPDS 5 evaluation unit
Anton Paar’s process analyzers don’t require time-consuming on-site adjustments as all systems are delivered with factory pre-configurations. The integrated mPDS 5 evaluation unit enables easy data exchange, remote control, and diagnosis via the fieldbus of your choice.

Tracing your production quality from your desktop: Davis 5 analysis software
With the Davis 5 analysis software, the statistical evaluation and traceability of production line performance and product quality can be done directly from your desktop computer.
Davis 5 also enables:
• Tracing of calibration and adjustment activities and data for reliable proof of measuring quality
• Automated transfer of laboratory reference values to the process instruments

Accurate and reliable alcohol and extract measurement: L-Com 5500
L-Com 5500 is a highly stable combined density and sound velocity sensor which automatically compensates for process variations and changing environmental conditions. It ensures drift-free and reliable measuring results during filler stops and product changeovers.

Drift- and maintenance-free CO2 measurement: Carbo 520 Optical
The integrated Carbo 520 Optical inline CO2 sensor is highly economic due to:
• Zero maintenance due to optical measurement concept
• Zero drift during CIP and long-term stability due to gas-tight sealed sensor unit

Optional sensors for customer-specific solutions
Pressure and temperature measurements are carried out by L-Com 5500 and additional sensors can also be integrated upon request.
