Accessories to pressure reactors

Description

Buchiglass propose different accessories to pressure reactors to meet your various needs :
- Buchi magnetic stirrer drives (cyclone) and magnetic couplings (bmd) are produced for the mixing of chemicals of low to high viscosity in pressurized lab and plant reactors. Magnetic couplings are combined with stirrer motor and speed transmission for manual speed adjustment or with frequency converter. Buchi bmd magnetic couplings and drives are available for ATEX rated area. Metal-free magnetic couplings and stirrer drives feature inert behavior and full corrosion resistance, as no metal can get in contact with the chemistry.
- For gas dosing, Buchiglass offer solutions for measuring the gas consumption (totalizer) of single and multiple gases at a time.
- Sampling -systems for manual and automated sampling are available
- Probes are available to measure the different process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, stirrer speed, torque, pH. These values can be displayed on our monitoring instrument and recorded in our bls software,
- Buchi bottom valves are very compact, available for different operating conditions and functions. Solenoid needle and ball valves, as well as bottom valves with pneumatic actuators are used for automated opening / closing with signal feedback of the status. Rupture discs and pressure relief valves are often connected to a blow down tank for safety reasons.
- We propose devices for solid feed in pressurized reactor under oxygen free atmosphere.
-We offer solutions for measuring the gas consumption (totalizer) of single and multiple gases at a time
- Solutions for complete setups for reflux distillation under vacuum and pressure are available
- Catalyst testing, catalyst screening devices, for instance, Robinson-Mahoney catalyst basket, static and spinning catalyst baskets, etc.
