Batch Distillation

Description

Distillative separation processes are tested in the chemical industry in laboratory and pilot plants prior to the construction of production plants. By using all-glass distillation columns it is possible to study vapour and liquid streams and other different processes resulting from the characteristics of the product to be distilled. Due to the unlimited observation of these processes PILODIST® distillation columns and systems are used and well known in almost all chemical process engineering institutes of universities around the world for teaching purposes.

To ensure top-class quality and functionality of all our products PILODIST® manufactures most of the essential components and parts in our inhouse glass-blowing, electronic, software and mechanical workshops.

Every system is being assembled completely and extensively tested in our laboratory prior to delivery to your destination.

PILODIST 100 CC

Fully automatic universal batch distillation system for application in chemical industry. The system is designed for atmospheric and/or vacuum distillations at preselectable pressures and cut temperatures and offers the possibility to analyse multicomponent mixtures throughout its complete boiling range.

PILODIST 104

Versatile distillation system with high separation efficiency. The system is supplied with 2 different column types (DN 25), a concentric-tube-column and a wire gauze trickling column, which can alternatively be applied according to requirements.

PILODIST 105

Versatile distillation apparatus with high separation efficiency. The system is designed for automatic operation and includes an automatic fraction collector.
