Pressure Reactors / stirred Lab Autoclaves
Buchi pressure reactors and stirred autoclaves are used for chemical reactions under pressure such as hydrogenation, polymer – and catalyst research in R&D Labs and for chemical production in Pilot Plants. Lab reactor systems can operate interchangeable glass- , high pressure / high temperature steel vessels of different volumes. Efficient (high viscosity) mixing is ensured by powerful stirrer drives with magnetic couplings. Buchi pressure reactors are available in Borosilicate glass 3.3, glass lined steel, stainless steel 316/316L, Hastelloy C22, Titanium, Tantalum, Nickel, Zirconium, Inconel, Monel, see more info on corrosion resistant materials.
