Snap 41 is a digital alcohol hydrometer for small distilleries. It measures the alcohol content in sugar-free distilled spirits at any strength, from pure distilled spirits to the watered-down, ready-to-drink spirits. The portable instrument will measure your samples directly at the container within a few seconds. Operation is easy for left- and right-handed users. You can navigate through the menu using capacitive keys; a measurement is simply started via a gesture of your hand.
Results are shown in %v/v or °Proof, already corrected for temperature (60 °F, 20 °C and now also 15 °C for the Japanese market) as well as for the viscosity influence, and given in easy-to-read numbers on the large color display. The screen rotates automatically so you can conveniently read results at any instrument position. A new adjustment routine ensures perfect accuracy, even at low measuring temperatures and alcohol concentrations.
