INTEGRA offers 10 ml, 25 ml and 100 ml multichannel reagent reservoirs and 150 ml and 300 ml automation friendly reagent reservoirs. Both styles reservoirs are designed to nest inside each other, reducing inventory space requirements and shipping costs.

Each reusable reservoir base holds disposable clear polystyrene reservoir inserts securely during use. Reservoir inserts neatly nest within one another significantly reducing storage requirements. Plastic waste is also reduced by only replacing the insert and not an entire reservoir.

The multichannel reservoir deep trough design allows for liquid to gather in a small channel resulting in minimal dead volume for all three volume sizes: 179 μl for 10 ml, 281 μl for 25 ml, 310 μl for 100 ml. The Automation Friendly specially treated reservoir combined with a flat bottom design and 96/384 anti-sealing pattern offers an incredibly low dead volume of less than 3 ml.

Integrated volume graduations result in more accurate measurements and less wasted reagent. Unique design refracts light so graduations below the fluid surface become invisible, making it simple to quickly and volumetrically fill the exact reagent volume desired.

A sturdy, reusable base is included with every case of bulk or individually sealed reservoirs. The multichannel reservoir base footprint is designed for stand-alone use or for use with the VIAFLO ASSIST. The automation friendly reservoir base footprint is for use with the VIAFLO 96 / VIAFLO 384 or any other platform that utilizes labware with a standardized footprint design.

The 10, 25 and 100 ml multichannel reservoir bases accommodate two reservoirs. Using the second insert as a lid, all multichannel reservoirs can be covered, preventing evaporation or contamination.

The flat bottom reservoir features a 96/384 anti-sealing pattern preventing pipette tip seal off, subsequently eliminating the “popping” of liquid up into the tips, filters and the pipetting head itself.

Both the 150 ml and 300 ml automation friendly reagent reservoir bases have latches for securing lids. Both lids incorporate a gasket which prevents spillage during transport and evaporation during short-term storage.

INTEGRA also offers a 300 ml autoclavable open well reservoir with 96 pyramid shaped indentations, a 12 column and an 8 row reservoir. The 300 ml open well reservoir produces dead volume of 9.7 ml, the 12 column reservoir has a dead volume of 219 μl per column and the 8 row reservoir has a dead volume of 354 μl per row.
