The FloVac Degasser combines two sample preparation techniques in one elegant solution. The FloVac™ is designed to provide users of the AUTOSORB, QUADRASORB, NOVAtouch and NOVAe
Series surface area and pore size analyzers with highthroughput sample preparation capabilities. This stand-alone device features six sample stations, each with individual control valves to allow the addition or removal of individual sample cells without interrupting the other samples in process. All of the six sample preparation ports share a large heating mantle with a single digital temperature control allowing samples to be simultaneously prepared under similar temperature conditions. For labs analyzing similar types of samples, it provides high efficiency as all of the six sample ports share one thermal zone. Operating in either flow or vacuum mode, it provides the right sample preparation method for all types of material. Flow and evacuation rates are operator selectable. The digital temperature controller allows for temperature programming (up to 20 steps). Programming may be performed via a Windows® PC interface or directly at the controller. Six separate cooling stations hold samples under flow or vacuum conditions after preparation.

quartz sample cells).
