CboxQC™

Full description
CboxQC™ is the precise combined CO2 and O2 meter which allows reliable QC on finished packages as well as highly accurate measurements in the laboratory for product development. It gives you fast, accurate, and reliable determination of dissolved carbon dioxide and oxygen in beverages. When combined with Anton Paar’s PFD filling device, sample is taken directly from the package into the measuring chamber of CboxQC™ – with no loss of dissolved carbon dioxide and dissolved oxygen during sample transfer. CboxQC™ for the laboratory provides reliable CO2 and O2 results, even out of very small packages.

High accuracy, more benefit
• CO2 measurement based on the patented Multiple Volume Expansion method guarantees repeatability standard deviation of 0.005 vol.
• No influence of other dissolved gases such as air or nitrogen
• The new high-resolution optochemical O2 sensor is accurate and achieves a repeatability standard deviation of ±2 ppb

Efficient and quick to finish
• Low sample volume of around 100 mL provides reliable CO2 and O2 results, even out of very small packages
• PFD filling device transfers sample from the package into the measuring chamber without any loss of CO2
• CO2 and O2 results after only 90 seconds
• Intuitive user interface with clearly arranged navigation of the menu

• The TPO (total package oxygen) value can be calculated via Anton Paar’s free software AP-SoftPrint or by connecting to a DMA™ Generation M system

Modular options for the future
• Extend or build your own measuring system in the future by connecting a DMA™ Generation M density meter or Soft Drink Analyzer M (with software release 2.40) with further Anton Paar modules and measure up to seven parameters in one measuring cycle
